The Brazilian Conference of Cognitive Therapies (CBTC), organized by FBTC, is the main event on Cognitive and Contextual Therapies in Brazil. The event is held every two years in different cities of Brazil and gathers mental health professionals and students with the purpose of disseminating research, teaching, oversight, prevention, and intervention on the area of cognitive and contextual therapies, thus enabling the exchange of knowledge and experiences. The CBTC program is rich and varied, offering the participant the most recent innovations, debates on traditional issues and controversial ideas that make up the daily life of a cognitive and contextual therapist. The scientific program includes workshops, international conferences, keynote speakers, and various other activities. A wide-ranging social and cultural program tops off the event.
